His prior experience includes consulting with teams like 0x Labs and Jump Trading, executive search in infrastructure companies, as well as VC experience with Purple Arch Ventures.
He lives in SF, is a long-time NJ Devils fan 😈, and enjoys cycling through the hills of northern California 🚲

Andrew is a Talent Consultant with Bull Moose Consulting. He has led recruiting initiatives at a range of tech and fintech companies, including Jump Trading, Bridgewater Associates, Plaid, and Dropbox. Most recently, he worked in VC & Strategy Ops at AngelList, supporting Web3 incubators like Orange Dao, Spice Capital, and Celo Labs.
He lives in LA, is a triathlete 🏊♂️, and owns several Mathnasiums around the city 🤓

Adrianna is a Talent Consultant with Bull Moose Consulting. She was previously Head of People at Flexa Network Inc. Her prior experience includes consulting quant trading, fintech, AI, and Venture companies on people and talent strategies, as well as leading DE&I efforts at Amherst College.

With 4+ years of experience, he’s worked with both Fortune 500 clients and early-stage startups across AI, FinTech, and Web3. His current focus is on high-impact hires for crypto-native teams solving complex technical problems.
Alan has been deep in the Web3 space since 2018—experimenting, learning, and relying on stablecoins for everyday transactions. Known for his hands-on approach, he blends smart tools with deep research to surface talent others overlook.
